About the Research Associate Director Role

You will become a key senior member of the digital team in the London office, taking the lead on a number of high profile clients. The digital team are at the cutting edge of technology, combining qualitative research methodologies with digital and social media analysis and insight generation.

  • You will leads multi-market studies in order to deliver actionable and strategic insights for your clients
  • You'll utilise and develop innovative digital/social research techniques to unearth deep insights
  • You'll lead, inspire and guide a talented team, working as part of a global network
  • You'll drive growth by pitching to both new and existing clients

Desirable skills and requirements for the Digital/Social Media Research Associate Director:

  • Comfortable navigating social and digital media for deep insights
  • Fluency in tech
  • Strong commercial acumen and business development ability
  • Creative thinker who can tell a story out of data
  • Natural leadership and management ability

The Digital/Social Media Research Associate Director receives a highly competitive salary paying £45,000 to £55,000 depending on experience in addition to excellent company benefits including flexible working, generous learning budget, frequent appraisals and laptop.
