I am keen to speak with New Business Manager's who are looking to join a mid-sized boutique Marketing Agency in Manchester city centre and help them drive business growth over the coming years.

Reporting into the Business Development Director, this exciting and fast-paced position will be responsible for driving lead generation for the agency and developing an in-depth knowledge of their work and expertise.

There are plenty of opportunities to work with some amazing brands and be part of a vibrant, outgoing team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Be at the forefront of driving new business leads for the agency by activating new business lead generation and outreach programmes
- Support the Business Development Director in delivering prospecting plans and growing the pipeline
- Administration: Manage Workbook (new business database), pipeline report, prospecting status report and other reporting tools as and when needed

Who we're looking for:

- You'll need to have experience of working in a marketing agency, with demonstrable commercial experience in business development or new business
- Someone who has an active interest in sport
- A proven track record in working with multiple stakeholders, with excellent communication skills
- Well-organised and someone who makes things happen and likes to be accountable
- Confidence to be able to deal with the most senior level clients and internal talent
- A high energy, positive, can-do person who is always looking for ways to improve what we do
- Happy to work autonomously on some tasks as well as within a team
- Embodies a spirit of entrepreneurialism
