A superb opportunity has arisen for an exceptional operational delivery leader to make a significant contribution to the growth, development and performance of this award winning, ambitious and highly respected global business. The client is a leading provider of integrated B2B marketing services, with an outstanding reputation for delivering high calibre, cutting edge marketing to an impressive portfolio of global, blue chip technology clients. With a strong presence in the UK and fast growing operations in Europe and the US, the business is renowned for its innovative and passionate approach, great people and quality of service delivery. With significant plans for continued international expansion, an ambitious, high achieving Chief Operating Officer is required to drive enhanced operational excellence and client satisfaction.

Reporting to the CEO, and a key Board member, your expertise will be in scaling multi-discipline B2B marketing services organisations on an international basis.  You will lead a large service delivery team across planning, creative, content, digital, telemarketing and data. Through the development of Centres of Excellence, the team will execute large scale, high value integrated B2B marketing programmes, that deliver measurable outcomes for clients. With a strong and effective operating model and management governance in the UK, you will replicate this blueprint in both Europe and the US, developing a country management structure to ensure continuity. This operational excellence model will be at the heart of enabling the business to scale, and to continue delivering great commercial outcomes for global clients.

We are looking for a true “A” list player, with significant experience managing large scale, international B2B marketing/service delivery teams in a medium to large scale business. Operating on either agency or client-side, and with strong commercial acumen, your key expertise will be in spearheading the implementation and execution of operational improvement involving people, systems and process, enabling growth and enhancing client experience. Intellectually curious, you will be a clear, analytical strategic thinker, an outstanding organiser with an aptitude for problem solving. Above all you will be a great leader, open and energetic, able to motivate and inspire your teams to achieve world class performance.
