A global law firm requires a Marketing & Business Development Manager to work in close collaboration with the partnership to help drive revenue growth by ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of core marketing and BD support services. The role covers the firm's highly regarded Healthcare sector.

As the key point of contact globally for all marketing-related opportunities and enquiries regarding the sector, you will provide proactive support in targeting and developing relationships and business opportunities with priority clients and targets. Managing, monitoring and controlling the marketing effort and spend of the sector globally and taking ownership for the overall sector plan, the Marketing & BD Manager (Healthcare) will be accountable for the delivery of effective business development and marketing activity aligned to plan objectives, identifying opportunities, driving effective cross-selling, new business introductions, exploring potential new work streams and protecting existing relationships. You will also be responsible for the production of tailored sector information and credentials to incorporate into client pitches and managing the quality and delivery of pitches as required. Working alongside the Healthcare Leaders, you must ensure that the sector is appropriately positioned in the minds of clients, proactively looking for opportunities for promoting the sector, providing recommendations that are in-line with the overall sector objectives, including conference speaking slots and sponsorships, thought leadership reports, client roundtable discussions and seminars, PR opportunities and memberships of trade bodies.

You must have a strong academic record, be robust, self-motivated and possess the ability to build trust and respect among colleagues. A team player with a can-do attitude and outstanding communication and influencing skills, it is essential that you have extensive relevant experience in business development or account management gained whilst working in a professional services environment.
