Sales Director - Mobile/Loyalty/Cash/Wallet - c.£80,000 + Excellent Bonus Performance + Benefits

A leading international technology company with a successful track record of integrated mobile wallet marketing solution for merchants, payment processors and financial institutions and retail organisations.

Using purchase-based intelligence to make marketing more relevant and measurable partnering with leading Global financial institutions to run their banking rewards programs that promote customer loyalty and deepen banking relationships.

Fast-paced, dynamic and proactive, the successful candidate for the Sales Director position is a self-motivated, results-driven, and proven leader. This is an important and strategic role within the company.

Ideal candidates will display the ability to design, present and manage marketing programs that drive client sales efficiently and effectively. They will be tasked with developing long term strategic relationships with the leading national brands in the UK. The role is fully client facing and the incumbent should be comfortable with interactions at the most senior levels of an organization. Candidates will need to exhibit exceptional sales, marketing and analytical skills.


Exceed sales goals while contributing to overall team goals Prospect, penetrate and develop key UK retailer and advertiser relationships

Create and present needs-based solutions via in-person meetings, telephone and webinar using industry knowledge, market trends, and our marketing solutions

Accurately forecast and develop business plans that strategically build account revenue within a defined vertical market

Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth with new and existing customers

Analyze campaign performance in order to recommend optimization opportunities specific to each client’s goals, metrics, and objectives

Provide and share key learnings and best practices with team members

Ensure sales and client satisfaction through world-class customer service



10+ years’ experience in marketing services, digital media, or marketing platform sales, credit card operations; experience selling into and senior marketing contacts in Retail/Leisure/Restaurant verticals a plus.

Proven track record of successfully growing revenue through the development of long-term strategic relationships Proven thought leader with innate curiosity and aptitude

The ability to thrive in an environment that values entrepreneurialism and results and work across all departments – sales, product, technology and marketing



  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

Communication and Cognitive Abilities

Strong analytical capabilities and a keen understanding of online and offline media

Excellent oral, written and visual communication skills

The ability to perform complex analysis yet deliver a simple message

A desire to learn and apply new technologies

Strong interpersonal skills to support interaction with customers, team members, and management

Innovative thinker, entrepreneurial, tenacious, with a desire to exceed sales revenue goals

Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment
