A great opportunity for an Interim Events Coordinator to join a leading Asset Management firm

You will provide support to the event team by assisting with the coordination and execution of the company's events programme and to assist in the continuous improvement of this.

Key accountabilities and scope

  • Support events team in delivering events in line with business objectives and priorities to the agreed quality and standard
  • Assisting in the organisation and implementation of proprietary events, third-party exhibitions and conferences
  • Co-ordinate communications and registrations before, during and after events.
  • Responsible for management of delegate attendance, registration and client queries throughout event
  • Assisting with the management of suppliers throughout the event lifecycle
  • Responsible for budget, invoicing and final reconciliation of individual events
  • To confidently manage events on site as well as provide onsite support to the team
  • Assist with the management of stock levels of all marketing collateral and conference merchandise for events.

  • Skills and qualifications

  • Two years of events experience gained in preferably a financial services environment.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and be educated to degree level.
  • Strong organisational skills, an ability to multi-task whilst maintaining an excellent attention to detail and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
  • Specific marketing or events qualifications would be advantageous.
  • Are able to travel overseas.
  • German and /or Italian languages would be beneficial but are not essential.
