We are looking for a CRM Communications Executive to join a finance company in the heart of London who pride themselves on providing innovative, technology-driven products.

An ideal candidate will be a fast learner, creative and have a good deal of CRM marketing experience. Someone who is adaptable, energetic and has enough confidence to work independently across a wide variety of channels will do well in this role.

The Role

  • You will be Managing Email/SMS retention campaigns all the way from concept through to execution as well as post campaign analysis. Tasks will include conducting briefings, copywriting, manage feedback rounds, amends and approvals with compliance, all internal stakeholders, proofing and reviewing copy / creative
  • You will Manage and foster the ongoing customer engagement agency relationship including budget management, scheduling meetings and the drawing up of marketing plans
  • You will be managing the production and publication of content across social channels
  • You will be supporting the wider Brand Marketing team as needed as well conducting ad-hoc projects
  • Producing and publishing of content across social channels, blog and website
  • Managing and monitoring the reporting for Customer KPIs as well as working cross-functionally with the Customer Service, Analytics and Product teams.
  • Conducting Administrative campaign duties and operational support across the Marketing team

  • Requirements

  • You will have 2 years experience in a CRM marketing function and be comfortable working with multiple stakeholders (including marketing agencies) on briefing, feedback rounds, approvals, budgeting, tracking and all other elements of campaign delivery.
  • Marketing qualifications are preferred
  • Experience with ExactTarget or similar program is desirable
