Our client is a rapidly-growing technology company with offices in Manchester and Cheshire, who have invested heavily in their digital and marketing teams over recent months as the business thrives.
Looking to recruit an creative and hands-on in-house Digital Campaigns Manager to develop, implement, track and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple brands. Salary £35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience.

The successful candidate will have successfully put together and implemented strategy for digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels: web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.

Key accountabilities:

- Planning and executing all web, SEM/SEO, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
- Measuring and reporting performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identifying trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Brainstorming new and creative growth strategies.
- Planning, executing, and measuring experiments and conversion tests.
- Collaborating with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Utilising strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Instrument conversion points and optimise user funnels.
- Evaluating emerging technologies.
- Providing thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

Essential skills/experience:

- Proven working experience in digital marketing, either b2b, b2c or ideally both.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing PPC, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
- Experience in setting up and optimising Google Adwords campaigns
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
