Marketing and Communications Manager - 12 Month FTC

Our client at the forefront of the UK's continually evolving communications industry, supplying leading businesses and organisations with the latest innovative telecoms products and services.

They require a Marketing and Communications Manager who will drive the growth of their divisional brands in the UK, via direct channels and who will communicate their Group Marketing Strategy, managing both internal and external communications. This role will be a 12 month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave.

Ideally, the Marketing Communications Manager will have experience within the Telecomms domain, within Network Services products - mobile, data, lease lines, MPLS, hosted etc.

Marketing and Communications Manager Key Responsibilities:
Development & delivery of Marketing Plans by sector and business size, driven by commercial objectives with appropriate content marketing and product mix. Integrate the marketing plans with New Product Development/New System Development. Ability to implement marketing delivery plans across digital channels, ability to secure buy in from colleagues and stakeholders.
Manage the Prospect engagement programmes via our client's platforms. Full Customer Relationship Management life cycle management.
Ability to implement marketing delivery plans across digital channels, ability to secure buy in from colleagues and stakeholders.
Work with our client's Technical and Product Teams to bring the New Product Development pipe line to life and go to market plans.
Plan, draft complex communications schedules and data driven prospect communications.
Manage all integrated campaigns and increase sales leads encompassing brand, event, sector and seasonal campaigns.
Integrate Pay per Click campaigns, Google Display Network, re-marketing, display and search.
Influence and utilise social, Public Relations and assist with integration of plans.
Analyse campaigns (including email and paid media) and site performance to make recommendations for improvement.

Essential Skills & Key Experience:
Relevant senior marketing (product or content) experience in B2B Technology, ICT or in an agency environment.
Holding of or working towards membership of professional marketing body (Chartered Institute of Marketing, Institute of Digital Marketing etc.).
BA/BSc degree with strong academic record.
Evidence of developing value and service propositions.
Evidence of Lead Generation Marketing or Demand Generation Marketing. Strong working knowledge of Email Marketing Platforms; e.g. Dotmailer, Cheetah, Mailchimp and/or Marketing Automation Platforms, e.g. Silverpop, Marketo, Eloqua.
Evidence of use and management of current CRM applications; Salesforce or Oracle desired.
IT literate, understanding and keen interest in data, Excel and PowerPoint heavyweight.
Effective relationship management skills with customers, suppliers and other stakeholders.
Comfortable in fast-paced, demanding, high-growth environment and ability to work to deadlines.
Strong inter-personal skills with excellent organisational ability and attention to detail.
Flexibility to UK travel.
