The Events Coordinator / Marketing Executive Role:

As Events Coordinator / Marketing Executive you will oversee the planning and execution of events and training logistics pan-EMEA and APAC, as well as marketing projects for the Netherlands business. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: 

+ Coordinating the location, layout, design, amenities etc of stands and event venues.
+ Developing project plans, briefs, objectives, strategy and messaging to engage with all stakeholders throughout an event project.
+ Working cross-function within the company to organise equipment logistics and product ordering.
+ Liaising with external agencies and suppliers to ensure timescales, budgets and briefs are met and delivered to the agreed project specifications.
+ Ensuring data capture processes are clear, setting up lead capture forms for each event and communicating information on this to sales teams.
+ Planning, developing and implementing specific marketing materials for each event including traffic building promotions and sales collateral.
+ Working closely with external event organisers and third parties to maximise sponsorship opportunities.
+ Creating and implementing internal and external communications to build awareness.
+ Completing on site co-ordination of the stand / venue at an event – overseeing contractors, delegates and staff.
+ Acting as the point of contact for all event executions and ensuring the smooth running of the event.
+ Analysing the event and presenting feedback to stakeholders.
+ Following up on invoicing, payments and intercompany cross-charging.
+ Coordinating post-event marketing campaigns
+ Organising trainings (arranging training facilities and equipment as well as booking meals and associated training activities) as well as managing related communication with appropriate teams. 
+ Coordinate marketing activities in the Netherlands. 

Your Profile:

+ Dutch native speaker and fluent English skills
+ Marketing or business-related degree
+ Minimum two years experience of organising events and marketing (B2B) 
+ Previous experience of working in collaboration with other departments and countries
+ Ability to work under pressure and organise multiple events simultaneously, delivering on time and on budget
+ An outgoing personality and a good communicator with a confident and positive attitude 
+ Good grammar and spelling
+ Excellent attention to detail
+ Interest in fitness is desirable (preferably knowledge of gym environment)
+ Fully computer literate; knowledge of Salesforce an advantage
+ Willingness and flexibility to travel abroad
+ Driving license
