Offline Product Manager / Physical Product Owner / Partner Marketing Manager

An industry leading consumer services brand are looking for a Product Manager with extensive offline experience to drive their product roadmap. The role will focus upon customer acquisition, customer experience and streamlining the consumer journey. The brand is undergoing a period of massive investment, and is looking to revolutionise their overall product offering.
The Offline Product Manager / Physical Product Owner / Partner Marketing Manager role involves working across all offline customer touch-points, including publications, brand partnerships and point of sale. This role also looks after the email product strategy, working on a strategic level with the content team to deliver first class customer communication.

·Ensuring the offline vision across a series of initiatives and corresponding road map is top class, on trend, on the money and has customers picking them up in vast numbers.
·Create support for the product vision both internally and with key external stakeholders.
·Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
·Scope and prioritise activities based on business and customer impact.
·Drive product launches including working with public relations team, marketing, sales, and other product management team members.
·Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed.
·Develop email strategies incorporating segmentation, personalisation and targeting.
·Create, test and refine automated, multi-touch, targeted customer lifecycle email marketing programs that promote customer loyalty, re-engage lapsed consumers, and drive on-going engagement, etc.
·Working with the rest of the consumer proposition team to develop an email calendar that will support key product strategies.

The Offline Product Manager / Physical Product Owner / Partner Marketing Manager role requires
·Proven working experience in product management within the offline channels, and email.
·Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
·Ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to senior stakeholders
·Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams, including marketing, sales, PR and operations
·Excellent written and verbal communication skills
