Our client is a fast growing fashion footwear brand and is looking for new Marketing & Communication Manager to join their business and fantastic team and help take them into the next era of growth.
As the Marketing & Communications manager, you'll be doubling up as a Brand Manager. You will be responsible for imagery, content and increasing the brands visibility. Knowledge of the digital world is very beneficial.

The work demands creative flair, therefore you should able to make things happen from nothing and do not let opportunities pass you by.
If you like a fast paced entrepreneurial environment, the idea that work can be fun and that you can make a real difference - then this is the place for you.

Typical activities include:

* Planning all Marketing & Communications to help drive sales and brand awareness.
* Working closely with trade to ensure plans support trade activity and marketing calendar kept up to date.
* Planning and implementing the events and conferences calendar.
* Creating partnerships and collaborations that fit and elevate the brand both within and outside of fashion.
* Driving and creating content of marketing materials to include PR, blogs, newsletters and brochures, along with the website, social media and events
It's great to:

* A wealth of Marketing & brand experience.
* Be a strategic thinker with strong business acumen and leadership
* Have strong PR network (this is not essential).
* Be highly organised and able to do presentations at the highest standard.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
* You will also need to enjoy working in a fast paced environment and able to meet deadlines.
* Have more than a basic interest in the digital world.
