We’ve got a fantastic opportunity to take on a brand new role as their Digital Optimisation Manager joining their growing Digital & Marketing teams. What you’ll be doing

As Digital Optimisation Manager, you’ll be the “go-to” person for UX and optimisation within the organisation. Working across desktop, mobile and tablet, you’ll play a key role in optimising industry leading apps and technologies. The role will be strongly focused on delivering AB and MVT testing roadmap across all channels, reporting key learning’s and insight to the wider team. You will work closely with the web development specialist and digital agency to identify and prioritise areas for improvement. They are at the forefront of technology within their sector and this role is key to ensuring that their customers have a first class online experience, conversion rates improve and their is a reduction in online support calls off the back of this. 

What experience you’ll need

You’ll need to have at least 2 years experience within a UX environment and an expert understanding of UX best practices, including technical trends and developments. You will be detail orientated with strong communication skills, including the ability to challenge effectively, negotiate and influence, as you will be dealing with internal stakeholders and external agencies. You'll have extensive knowledge of HTML, Javascript and CSS with solid experience of testing software. Experience of Google Analytics or other analytical packages is key as is your ability to stay on track of digital trends and ensure they are always raising the bar with their online customer experience. As this is a new role for them then you have the opportunity to really make it your own and shape their future strategies with real scope to grow a team below you.
