Our client is an integrated design and marketing agency based on the outskirts of Nottingham. As a full-service agency their team have the skills and capabilities to fulfil all of their clients design, digital and marketing requirements. Working with a diverse client base from large international brands to small local companies, they aim not just to meet requirements but to exceed all expectations.

They have a great opportunity for a Senior Agency Account Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be a super-organised, team leader with strong agency-side client management experience.

You'll be leading on key client accounts across a range of sectors, driving business with existing clients and taking a leading role in new business enquiries, tenders and pitches.

You will:

Manage a team of two Account Executives.

Service and grow existing client accounts, building strong relationships.

Put together detailed quotes for a variety of projects.

Write internal briefs and put together project plans.

Plan and direct multi-channel projects - print, digital and social.

Plan and lead client meetings of varying scales.

Direct and drive creative with a focus on the brief and a knowledge of the wider brand and client relationship.

Drive projects to completion with commercial focus.

Feed into the Director with updates on key client accounts.

Manage supplier relationships.

Work with the Director on new business enquiries, tenders and pitches.

Deliver pitches at a senior level, as part of a pitch team.

Our client is looking for someone who:

Is naturally very well organised with good attention to detail.

Can lead a small team and help to plan and manage their work.

Has significant agency-side experience and is used to multi-channel project management across a variety of sectors.

Is able to drive activity within existing accounts.

Has experience of tenders and pitches.

Is confident presenting to a group.

Has a strong educational background and a relevant degree (post-grad learning / complimentary training would be preferable but not essential).

Has a driving license.
