This is a fabulously rare opportunity to play a leading role in taking forward a very successful and ambitious Digital Marketing agency. If you’re a seasoned Digital Marketing Strategist, with extensive experience of client management, the eCommerce world and playing leading roles within Digital agencies – this could be the perfect next step for you.

What you’ll be doing

Reporting directly in to the Managing Director, you’ll be responsible for client satisfaction in all its guises. From shaping and growing the account management team, to ensuring that the implementation and digital marketing specialist teams are delivering at the high levels of quality set by company standard. With the aim to ensure clients are happy, profitable, loyal and most importantly, seeing a positive ROI. From taking a lead on designing eCommerce and digital marketing strategies for clients to leading new business pitches – you’ll have final responsibility for it all. You’ll be acting as a ‘second in command’ in a thriving agency who are going through significant growth at the moment. This will entail providing commercial support for the MD, reporting in to the board meetings monthly as well as making sure that the agency stays ahead of the curve in terms of innovation in the Digital world.

What experience you’ll need

You’ll need to be a Digital Marketing Specialist through and through. From SEO, to PPC, to email marketing, affiliates, content marketing, social media and beyond. You’ll have had ownership of large scale and effective digital acquisition marketing strategies and will have the expertise to turn client business goals in to actionable marketing strategies. Along with experience of liaising with delivery teams to ensure these are executed to the highest level. Ideally, you’ll have experience of implementing Digital Channels within an eCommerce department as well as holding a senior level position agency side. You’ll be used to leading teams and having input in to the business and commercial strategy for a growing agency.

What you’ll get in return for your talents
