Business Development Manager, Manchester, £40,000 - £50,000 OTE + package, Property Industry

Your new company

You will join a company who provide a service to the property industry. Working with a range of property professionals from Architects, Residential / Commercial Builders to Estate Agents, this organisation are highly respected and a true market leader.

Your new role

You will work in a new role, helping the organisation to grow their market presence and client base. You will be responsible for identifying new potential business through strategically mapping and approaching key clients. You will be responsible for presenting the opportunity with the eventual goal of developing repeat business from those clients.

What you'll need to succeed

A genuine interest and passion in the property industry is a must for this role.The ideal candidate will have B2B experience within the property industry, an understanding of the digital world in property, and potentially have implemented or delivered from a marketing perspective within the property market.

What you'll get in return

You will receive a basic salary of £30,000 - £40,000 with an on target earnings of £40,000 - £50,000. You will have a company telephone, laptop, tablet, as well as vehicle running costs.
