Are you a BDM or similar with a background in the Facilities Management Industry, looking for an exciting role working for a UK leading Property Maintenance company who supply to some of the main Retailers and Charities in the UK, where you will receive commission-based bonuses/profit based bonuses, a company car and direct control over the successes of the business?

This UK leading Property Maintenance Company specialise in conducting reactive maintenance, compliance, delivery contracts and Refurbishments to some of the main Charities and Retailers in the UK such as New Look, Pets at home and the British Heart Foundation. They currently employ over 80 people and are looking to expand their Business Development team due to an increase in workload.

In this exciting role you will be developing the company by generating new business through a variety of avenues such as cold calling, prospecting, presenting, delivering presentations, zoom meetings and finding Leeds. This office-based role will see you working Mon – Fri (09:00am – 17:00pm) alongside the other BDM, where you will be occasionally required to travel to clients to present in order to develop your client base.

This role would suit a BDM or similar with a background in Facilities Management looking for a role where generating business is rewarded through commission and financial bonuses throughout the year with many opportunities to progress within the company.

The Role:

• Generating new business through a variety of avenues such as cold calling, prospecting, presenting, delivering presentations, zoom meetings and finding Leeds.
• Monday – Friday (09:00am – 17:00pm)
• Occasional client visit to present

• Business Development Manager or similar
• Background in Facilities Management
• Based near Halifax
