Digital Communications Manager - London

We are looking for a talented Digital Communications Manager for a global role within a much-loved casual dining brand. 

The Digital Communications Manager will develop and lead a cohesive communications strategy across all digital channels for both UK & international markets, whilst incorporating all offline channel activity. 

You will lead the social media strategy, managing the tone of voice of the brand and devising creative ways in which to positively engage with customers across social, web, mobile and apps. 

Project managing campaigns and new initiatives and analysing success are important parts of this role and is essential that the successful candidate has a highly commercial approach. 

This role requires an individual with experience in communications planning and execution, paid strategy and channel optimisation, ideally within a retail or hospitality environment. You must have excellent copywriting skills, the ability to analyse and adapt and the ability to create strong working relationships internally and externally.
