A leading global management consultancy firm requires a Marketing Manager based in London to work as part of their EMEA marketing team with responsibility for UK & Ireland. The role holder will drive local marketing activities and be a brand ambassador for the firm.

The successful applicant will join a hands-on, hardworking, flexible marketing team of fourteen, who conceive and execute marketing and communications initiatives for the region and are currently working to increase the strategic contribution of marketing, driving measurable and significant commercial results. The Marketing Manager UK & Ireland will split their time between delivering local initiatives and working virtually with the broader EMEA and global teams. You will be tasked with developing a marketing plan, to include online marketing, which supports the delivery of business objectives, and will subsequently manage, drive and deliver the execution of marketing activities. Your responsibilities will include developing and delivering multi-channel integrated campaigns; organising high-quality events that meet marketing objectives; managing the creation of content to include case studies, video, brochures and white papers; managing website content; developing a PR strategy and liaising with press and other media to promote the firm's brand; creating and managing the execution of the internal comms strategy for the UK & Ireland; budgetary control; and developing and implementing a social media strategy aimed at generating leads.

The Marketing Manager will be well educated with a minimum of 6 years' relevant experience in a professional services environment to include knowledge of and experience with web-based marketing techniques and social media, on both strategic and operational levels. An outstanding communicator with commercial sense and an efficient and accurate attitude, you must be able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team and possess the ability to think on your feet and be creative in making things happen.
