Marketing and Business Development Executive | Professional Services | Leeds
9 month Fixed term contract

We are looking to recruit an exciting opportunity to work with an award winning, rapidly expanding professional services business. The Firm is known for its innovative and creative approach. You will be part of a dynamic and fast-paced team, working directly with the Not for profit Business development manager and key staff and partners across the firm to support the development of relationships with new and existing clients, and of the Firm's brand in the marketplace. This role is for a minimum of 9 months.
-Work with the BDM and not for profit sector heads on preparing and delivering the marketing and business development plans, checking progress against plan regularly, and ensuring delivery
within budget and adequate ROI
-Attend national not for profit sector business development meetings to feed in ideas and help drive and challenge actions
-Undertake research to identify national targets and to support national targeting campaigns and activity
-Coordinate and roll out national targeting campaigns working closely with regions to ensure local follow up takes place and ROI measured
-Feed in to large PQQs, proposals and presentations as appropriate, providing national credentials, best practice information and ensuring RSM processes are followed
-Coordinate the development of a credentials and tenders bank across not for profit sectors
-Plan and coordinate national events within budget, ensuring appropriate follow up action is undertaken to convert leads and measure ROI
-Support the sectors in delivering all external communications material and collateral, ensuring this is on brand
and in support of the firm's strategy
-Champion the use of social media across not for profit sectors to increase engagement, linking in with the firm's strategy

The successful candidate will be/have:
-A marketing and business development professional, with a good level of experience, ideally within a professional services environment
-Knowledge of the fundamentals of the business development process
-A well organised individual with drive, enthusiasm and the ability to challenge partners
-A marketing degree and CIM qualification is preferable
-The role will require some travel.
