They are looking for a CRM Executive who has a good mindset to analyse data and support the Client Development Systems Manager in the day-to-day running and administration of the global InterAction CRM database.
As a CRM Executive, you will be fully involved in managing and updating the InterAction database, enhancing many of its features which in turn will help the lawyers keep in better contact with their clients. You will become the subject matter expert for the InterAction database and provide insightful analytical data reports/findings to improve efficiencies.
This is a great opportunity for someone to develop their career and be given invaluable training internally to bring them fully up to speed. The ideal candidate should have InterAction CRM database experience within a professional service enviroment.
This role is open to both Perm and Interim candidates that are immediately available and have minimum 2 years experience.
