The Digital Account Manager will be an important member of the team and must have an entrepreneurial mindset and be the go-to person for clients. The role involves excellent opportunities to grow and develop in your career, therefore our client is looking for an individual who is enthusiastic about progressing and constantly seeking to develop skills.

Main responsibilities of the Digital Account Manager:

  • Daily management and optimisation of customer processes
  • Use client data, forecasting and industry tools to implement new plans and strategies
  • Be aware of the long-term media cycles and strategies
  • Be the first point of contact for media owners and manage key meetings and social events
  • Responsible for understanding the client's objectives, vision, needs and targets
  • Analysis of response data and provide insight where required
  • Part of creating long-term strategies with other managers across departments
  • Delegate and assist in daily management of team workload
  • Train and mentor junior teams
  • Enjoys keeping up to date on industry trends and developments

The perfect candidate:

  • Have strong time management skills
  • Previous experience in managing large campaigns across multiple clients and running extensive Direct Response activity
  • Be proficient in DFA, Hitwise and similar industry tools
  • Able to manage, negotiate and deal with Google and other supplier relationships
  • Ability to create media plans optimise activity via creative, sizes and targeting
  • Exceptional client facing skills especially for presentations, calls, and meetings
  • Excellent at managing people, delegating workload and training
  • Able to implement best practice across all teams and create quarterly and annual client strategies
  • Lead innovation with Beta's and new tech
