Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Marketing team to deliver the Centre marketing and events strategy
  • Deliver internal communication of marketing activities to tenant partners, external suppliers, agencies, and other stakeholders
  • Deal with external communication and marketing enquiries
  • Support on day to day management, reporting and analysis of all web based and digital marketing as well as social media platforms
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within the business
  • Assist on the delivery of innovative marketing campaigns and bespoke initiatives to create customer loyalty and maximise dwell time, spend and visitor footfall
  •  Assist in community awareness and understand corporate social responsibilities
  • Coordinate and facilitate retailer and promotional events and entertainment activities within the Centre
  • Reporting and analysis of event activity
  • Assist in compiling monthly marketing reports for all key stakeholders
  • Undertaking any other ad-hoc marketing activities
  •  Any other duties as directed by your Manager
  • To ensure compliance with CBREMS standard policies and procedures
  • Occasional weekend and evening work as per event plan
  • Monitoring and delivery of social media channels out of hours, rota based

Essential Requirements

  • Experience of event delivery
  • Report production and presentation skills
  • Website / digital/ social media management
  • Creative ability
  • Educated to A level standard or equivalent with GCSE “A to C” grade in Mathematics and English
  • IT Literate – and in particular, to an intermediate level in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience of using Adobe software
  • H&S awareness

Preferred Requirements

  • Interest in retail brands preferred
  • PR / Media training 
  • At least two years marketing management experience including experience in social, data and digital management (desirable)
  • Budget setting and management experience
  • H&S trained to IOSH standard
