Senior Client Services Manager - Performance Marketing Agency

The Company
An international agency specialising in customer acquisition and lead generation. This is a fast growing business with big plans; they already have offices in Australia, Asia, the UK, and most recently opened up in the US. Their clients include major international brands in Travel, Utilities, Telco, and E-Commerce.

The Role
As a Senior Client Services Manager you will be responsible for developing and 
maintaining relationships with a portfolio of Key Clients. Client Service is one of their biggest strengths, so they're looking for someone who can develop strong partnerships to help their clients meet and exceed their targets. You can expect to spend lots of face time with your contacts, not just emailing and phone calls!

Other responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining an overview of Key Accounts - pro-actively addressing opportunities, and challenges
  • Working with internal and external parters to drive the delivery of positive outcomes for each campaign
  • Partnering closely with Business development, campaign management and technical account management / support to share insights, drive performance, and capture new opportunities
  • Identifying Cross Sell and Upsell Opportunities to increase revenues

& You... 
You'll be a superstar relationship manager who builds and maintains rapport with your clients.

You'll have experience in a Client Services Management function in a Performance Marketing related agency -Affiliate or Paid Search / Social are particularly relevant. You should thrive on delivering outstanding outcomes for your clients, and have a passion for digital marketing. Experience managing client relationships in Telco, Utilities, Telemarketing, and E-commerce is highly desirable.
