This well known brand is a global leader in insurance with a household name recognised for their heritage and quality throughout the world. They have a dominant market share in the US and are well resourced to grow significantly across many International territories including Europe, Asia and Canada.

In this pivotal role, you will work closely with the CMO as part of the leadership team to devise the marketing, customer and communications strategy for the Canadian market. You will build and lead a team of managers and executives who will shape and deliver the brand through insight, proposition development and campaigns ranging from digital acquisition through to sponsorship and events. They have multiple products lines that span both business customers and intermediaries so a multi-channel marketing approach is required, particularly as they look to grow the direct operations.

This is a commercial role focused on driving sales and positive financial outcomes in which you will fully own the internal and external communications strategy for Canada. You’ll need to be able to demonstrate how you would communicate a clear strategic direction that engages employees and senior stakeholders throughout the company.

To succeed in this role you’ll need to be a seasoned marketing leader within financial services, either consumer, B2B or an intermediated market.

Ideally you’ll be a rising star and now looking to develop your International experience, excited about the prospect of relocating to Toronto to fully embrace this exceptional opportunity.
