An amazing opportunity became available to join one of the fastest growing companies in the South West. Reporting to the Marketing Director you will be managing a team of four. The overall job purpose is to manage traditional and digital marketing activities making sure the brand is always represented accurately.

What you’ll be doing?

As a successful candidate for this role you will be in charge of raising brand awareness and helping delivering growth by identifying key target audiences and running targeted campaigns to engage with them. When it comes to activities you’ll be involved in the main emphasis will lay on content marketing, direct marketing (DM and eDM), website management (including SEO), promotional marketing assets (print, digital and video). Remaining responsibilities will include PR, internal comms, CRM, lead gen, market research and budgeting. Despite of the working with a team that will support you we are looking for a ‘doer’ that genuinely enjoy working with hands on activities.

What you’ll need?

To become successful you need to have experience in similar role (mix of b2b and b2c) where you’ve managed a team.  You’ll thrive working in a fast pace environment and juggling multiple projects. You will also have a natural creative flair and ideally be able to use Adobe Creative software as well as HTML code.
