The online Operations team of a globally successful entertainment brand is searching for an International Campaign Manager/ Ad Ops to implement online campaigns across their folio of well-established international sites. This is a 12 month Maternity contract

The role will be based in their EU HQ and you will focus on managing operations for the UK region, however, you will also back up INTL, DE and LAtam when needed.

  • Acting as point of contact for gathering creative assets for advertisements showcased on their websites
  • Ensuring creative adheres to technical specifications, including testing and troubleshooting of third party ads using web debugging and proxy tools
  • Managing orders via contract management tools, such as Fivia's Adfront
  • Trafficking interactive advertising campaigns for key sales accounts (via Doubleclick's DFP & FreeWheel's MRM)
  • Making certain the campaigns are able to serve without technical constraint, and record impressions and clicks
  • Monitoring and helping sales and planning correct any delivery or inventory issues
  • Interacting with clients, agencies, sales reps, site managers, production and development, and marketing teams to further our business objectives
  • Ownership & development of UK ad sales operations and advertising partnerships
  • Developing a strong understanding of the various markets in the industry needs as they relate to our centralised business
  • Supporting other regions as and when required
