Our client is a rapidly growing but already established group organisation based in Lancashire, providing a diverse range of animal products for over 200 years, both B2C and B2B. The business are investing in expanding their marketing function to drive growth forward, looking to recruit several junior to senior positions across multiple brands within the organisation.

One of the brands within the business are now looking to recruit a Brand Manager to work closely with the Head of Marketing, to implement annual marketing initiatives for both the UK and International markets. The successful candidate will have a mixture of marketing and product experience, and ideally international experience.

The brand manager should have a strong character and be capable of standing up for their customers to ensure request of any type are fulfilled in a timely manner, as well proven marketing skills in a customer-driven environment.

Salary up to circa £30,000 with limited international travel.

Key projects will include:

-Working closely with the HOM to implement annual marketing initiatives for both the UK and International markets
-Working with the HOM to create product toolkits.
-Creating and distribute the Newsletter on a monthly basis across the wider business.
-Preparing materials for all International meetings both in UK and overseas.
-Continually updating and maintaining the International Distributor Pack and AMSA pack
-Ensuring all brand literature meets the conditions as laid out in the "Brand Guidelines" and that the latest versions have been used internationally.
-Recording all marketing material that is created and ensure this follows the correct sign off procedure.
-Auditing marketing materials to track compliance across all markets.
