A well-known Professional Services client is looking for a Social Media Lead to be responsible for progressing and developing the companies Social Media presence (primarily across Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook)

The successful Social Media Lead will be the firms resident Social Media expert, with an overall aim to develop a culture of nurtuting relationships through the use of Social Media.

Social Media Lead Key Responsibilites

  • Define and implement a social media strategy to ensure that the company is firm of choice for current and prospective clients
  • Champion Social Media to preserve reputation, build brand awareness, increase business leads and support firms overall strategy
  • Manage and develop the Social team - made up of a Senior Assistant and an Analyst (overseas)
  • Oversee the management of the firms main corporate social media channels
  • Social Media listening via Brandwatch

Social Media Lead Skills/Experience

  • Possess an excellent understanding of implementing and maturing a B2B social media presence - in particular across LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter
  • Extensive experience in the digital marketing sector, preferably in a B2B enviornment (agency or client-side)
  • Excellent written and communication skills, suitable for leading change at Director and Partner levels
  • Solid working knowledge of Social Media Platforms: Sprinklr, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook
  • Knowledge of Social Ambassador programmes (SmarpShare, Elevate, TrapIt etc)
