As their Regional Marketing Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing brand presence and driving sales across the Middle East, Africa, India, and Latin America. Reporting directly to their Global Head of Marketing, your responsibilities will span both trade and consumer marketing domains, ensuring a seamless brand experience and optimising revenue streams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute regional marketing calendars, encompassing product launches, communication channels, campaigns, and activation plans.
  • Collateral Development: Create compelling toolkits for new product collections, collaborating closely with brand and creative teams to maintain brand alignment.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Craft brand presentations for new partners and distributors, and collaborate with sales teams to tailor marketing materials to their objectives.
  • Market Insights: Analyse market trends and consumer insights to inform marketing strategies and campaign planning.
  • Agency Management: Oversee relationships with local agencies to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Performance Analysis: Measure and report on the effectiveness of local marketing campaigns, leveraging data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Cultural Awareness: Stay attuned to local market nuances and regional/cultural considerations within designated regions.
  • Budget Management: Work alongside senior leadership to manage marketing budgets and ensure alignment with financial objectives.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Marketing Expertise: Proven experience in both trade and consumer marketing, ideally within the luxury sector.
  • International Exposure: Demonstrated experience in international marketing, particularly in the Middle East.
  • Organsational Prowess: Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders.
  • Analytical Acumen: Proficiency in data analysis and familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
