Data Analyst
A leading Professional Services client are currently looking for a Data & Analytics Lead to be responsible for managing the operational and strategic elements of analytics within the Digital team.

The successful Data & Analytics Lead will be the Digital Analytics specialist within the business, and will be the go-to person to help set measurable objectives, to advise on social media analytics, and to assist on campaign tracking.

Data & Analytics Lead Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a culture of data-led decision making, empowering internal stakeholders to access and interpret the data they need to make business critical decisions and allow for succesful campaigns
  • Own and manage the reporting process, involving working closely with the digital, marketing teams as well other internal stakeholders
  • Manage and develop 2 analysts (both offshore)
  • Maintain and regularly audit access to analytics tools, providing training where applicable

Data & Analytics Experience/Skills

  • Strong understanding of Digital Analytics (creative and technical)
  • Experience analysing data to draw out key insights
  • Experience of at least one analytics tool (preferably Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics)
  • Knowledge of tag management (Google Tag Manager)
  • Understanding of the full digital marketing mix
