Campaign Delivery Executive - Multi-Channel Retail Marketing

A leading CRM consultancy is looking for a strong Account Executive / Marketing Executive / Campaign Executive to join the insights driven marketing communications team, working in partnership with a number of the UK's most recognisable FMCG brands. You will be responsible for managing and executing multi-channel targeted store and customer marketing communications, across a multitude of media channels including in store, POS, direct and digital. You will also own core client relationships acting taking responsibility for delivering 'best in class' targeted customer and store marketing campaigns.

This is a rare opportunity to work on one of the most recognisable loyalty schemes globally and is part of a very fast paced team, offering lots of training and development.

You will be working within the delivery team working as a mini project manager looking at the end to end campaign management and customer targeting for a number of FMCG clients however this is not a campaign planning or strategy role.

You will need to ensure that all campaigns delivered adhere to the client's guidelines and are right for the customer, so working to tight deadlines and with media agencies will be part of your day to day job.

You will be very client and stakeholder facing and will be assigned a number of different clients that you will deal with on a daily basis face to face as well as over the phone.

There will also be an element of media buying to this role working on over 40 different channels identifying opportunities to drive campaign effectiveness, but fundamentally your role is to manage the implementation and execution of all media campaigns for FMCG clients .

Ideally you will have some agency experience or have managed multiple campaigns at one time as this is a very fast paced role. On a day to day basis you will liaise with scheduling, co-ordinate art work etc.

This role will also involve lots of career progression working within a strong team with lots of experienced members so an opportunity to learn from them.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Degree educated; ideally in a marketing or related discipline
  • A background in account management or multichannel campaign management and delivery
  • Customer focused with an appreciation for loyalty and CRM
  • Adaptable with the ability to work flexibly; not flustered by last minute change!
  • Superb interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Strong project management skills, problem solving approach and highly organised
  • Tenacious and forward thinking
  • Excellent communication skills
