Your new role
As Marketing Manager the main focus of this role is to provide a joined up approach between the marketing and recruitment function. You will work with the recruitment team to develop regional candidate attraction marketing strategies to attract the right quality and quantity of candidates. You will lead on developing marketing campaigns using a range of channels to fill the recruitment pipeline and maximise return on investment. A hands on approach to delivering collateral is required, using the Adobe Creative Suite and a range of tools such as Hootsuite, Microsoft Dynamics etc. As Recruitment Marketing Manager you will also contribute to measuring the success of marketing activities and make recommendations to review and amend as appropriate. Working closely with the Regional Recruitment Manager you will formulate local marketing plans to drive candidate attraction and enhance our clients brand locally.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role it is essential you have experience working in candidate attraction and recruitment marketing strategies. Strong content development skills are required, including the ability to produce content in a range of formats - this includes both traditional (adverts, copywriting etc) and digital (social media, email marketing etc) marketing channels. You must able to develop innovative, measurable strategies and plans to attract the right talent as well as having strong project management, planning and time management skills. You must be able to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders whilst being resourceful with a can do attitude and a hands on approach. This role may sometimes require you to work outside of normal business hours with overnight stays away from home.
