This international marketing communications agency in Cheshire have build a reputation for bringing brands to life across every channel, in every market, all with a local touch. They work cross-sector including retail, financial services, travel, automotive, healthcare and the public sector.

We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Senior Account Manager both with digital and creative experience to work closely with their Account Director on a high profile retail account helping to develop and implement effective campaigns.

Key Activities

*To build and develop the client relationship to ensure their expectations are met
*To manage internal and external client communications in the most effective manner
*The ability to write solid creative briefs and be able to actively manage the design process (critique visuals and present confidently to clients)
*To provide best client advice, challenge the norm and deliver innovations
*To be able to lead client meetings
*Working across print, digital and TV, you will be writing creative briefs
*To liaise with all internal departments to deliver projects seamlessly
*Identify how the agency can contribute to the client's strategy and deliver the opportunities to do so
*To deliver confident and professional presentations to clients
*Ability to manage a small team
*To recognise the need and when to introduce category specialists to work with clients
*Responsible for co-ordinating and delivering completely multi-channel campaigns
*Needs to understanding budgeting, the importance of margin and pipeline
*Liaising with internal departments and advising them on the status of their projects, ensuring that they are on-brand, within budget and delivered on time
*Travel to London will take place at least once a month presenting creative concepts to your clients


*At least one years' experience in similar role
*Client focussed with a can-do attitude
*Embrace change and offer innovative thinking
*Account management experience in an agency is essential
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Able to effectively manage client expectations and build strategic client relationships
*To keep the client advised of all new developments within the agency
*Ability to multi task and simultaneously manage multiple jobs
*Robust and able to work to deadlines
*Numerate and commercially aware
*A broad understanding of progressive marketing solutions
