About the role:

We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Executive to join our Global Marketing and Communications Team.

Reporting into the Product Marketing Manager, this exciting new position requires close working relationships with the Global Marketing and Communications Team, alongside the Product Management, Sales, Sales Enablement and Research functions.

You will be responsible for day-to-day product marketing activities in support of the delivery of the product marketing strategy as we bring multiple new products to market.

With an increasing emphasis on new digital channels, formats and interactive marketing platforms to drive client engagement, this role would suit a modern thinking marketer looking to execute marketing projects and campaigns within a leading market research organisation.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist the Product Marketing Manager with the go-to-market process as we launch innovative solutions and propositions to both new and existing clients.
  • Develop appropriate communications to support an integrated campaign mix – written / multimedia / advertising / in-product – to help drive and nurture targeted audiences through the buying cycle.
  • Help build and deliver appropriate in-product messaging and content for a suite of 50+ products
  • Utilise modern marketing techniques, tactics and channels to reach the required audiences and deliver an expected performance.
  • Work within integrated martech solutions (such as Marketo) to deliver content driven one-off and automated campaigns.
  • Contribute to a marketing centre of excellence with a strong understanding of and focus on digital culture and capability.
  • Engage in global meetings with relevant teams and communicate with key stakeholders on progress and timelines.
  • Adhere to associated New Product Marketing Plans and ensure that new product launches are aligned with the marketing calendar across all channels.
  • Work closely with the Product Marketing Manager on competitor audits and market mapping analysis across a range of categories and customers.
  • Ensure that new product launches meet brand guidelines; working closely with the Content and Creative Team and assisting the wider product marketing team.
  • Cover general administration duties; including budget tracking and monthly ROI.
  • Work with our digital marketers to enhance and enrich our web and digital presence to ensure the best possible online experience for our target audience.
  • Operate within a data-driven marketing environment through effective monitoring, reporting and analysis of campaigns against a set of KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Experience in adhering to B2B marketing strategies in support of new business acquisition in multiple markets.
  • Experience in administrating effective cross-channel marketing activities/campaigns
  • Evidence of working on projects in a global, matrix environment.
  • A “digital first” mindset – ability to leverage digital channels and optimise the client experience at all digital touchpoints.
  • Proven success working on demand gen programmes through a range of marketing channels including email marketing, web content, PPC, social media, advertising and events.
  • Experience in writing comprehensive, compelling copy for internal and external content and communications.
  • Previous experience with Marketo (or another CRM platform).

Critical competencies for success:

  • 5+ years of previous experience with product and marketing.
  • You will be proactive, organised and have strong analytical skills.
  • Confidence to work with stakeholders from various areas in the business.
  • A passion for product marketing and product innovation.
  • Experience with NPD and understanding product portfolio is required.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Highly numerate and articulate.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
