A leading national law firm with ambitious growth and expansion plans requires an outstanding Client Development Executive to assist partners and teams in growing existing and new client relationships by providing support on key accounts and related business development activities with a focus on growth. Responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting managers with key account activity and related initiatives
  • Responding to information requests relating to key accounts and growth clients
  • Assisting in the production of regular and ad hoc reports to clients contacts at key accounts and other business reports for the team
  • Formatting documents, team sheets and presentations, to ensure all documents are in keeping with agreed templates and in house style
  • Assisting the Head of Client Development with activities relating to the ongoing business development training programme for partners and lawyers, keeping webinars up to date
  • Updating key account and growth client business plans
  • Assisting with setting up online client document sharing sites
  • Pulling reports from the CRM database InterAction for internal client strategy meetings and initiatives
  • Managing VIP membership procedure for the firm's London office client lounge
  • Assisting with the organisation of internal meetings
  • Supporting on occasional client specific events alongside the events team

Candidates for the role of Client Development Executive should be degree educated with previous professional services experience to include both business and client development. Proficient in Microsoft applications and CRM tools, you should possess a strong client service focus, excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills combined with initiative, willingness to take ownership and commitment to the job.
