- Increase revenue generated for all brokers
- Managing the quality of the teams' relationships with their defined broker groups, and provide support where appropriate
- Support the telesales business with advice and direction with marketing material
- Identify new marketing opportunities to promote the business
- Managing new and renewal business, and keeping an accurate record of pipeline business
- Delivering the retention strategy through the telesales and marketing
- Communicating our brand identity and corporate vision
- Leading the collaboration between this team and the wider business
- Using data to identify and exploit opportunities to grow the business
- Leading the regular reporting on performance
- Delivering double digit year on year growth, and measuring activity against targets
- B2B Insurance or financial servcies experience would be preferred
- Track record of influencing in how product or prouct is sold and promoted would again be advantage
