You will be responsible for developing and implementing the global practice marketing and business development plan in line with LAE business strategy and objectives. You will also manage the global team and infrastructure that support practice Marketing and BD as well as acting as the group's central point of contact coordinating activities among the central BD functions to ensure prompt, seamless service delivery in support of the practice group's needs. The role holder will work closely with senior internal clients to develop and institutionalise best practice approaches shared across the five practice group teams, design and implement improved operational infrastructure and processes to facilitate more effective, efficient, streamlined service delivery, ensure effective control and development of high quality work product and coaching, training and developing of staff to raise the profile of the Marketing and BD team.
