A leading retail business, based in Glasgow, are looking to bring a Web Manager on board to lead a team of designers and developers in managing a portfolio of websites which receive over 4 million visits per year.

Reporting into the Marketing Director, the Web Manager will focus on managing the client's portfolio of websites with a focus on optimising conversion rate and improving customer experience.

Web Manager Responsibilities:

- Leading the design and development of our portfolio of websites with a strong focus on conversion to leads and enquiries
- Striving to optimise conversion rate at every step, and create a great customer experience for anyone visiting the site
- Developing and implementing a continual improvement strategy to optimise user journey and online sales funnel
- Setting up and monitoring A/B, multivariate, and multi-page split testing
- Designing and wireframing new features that work across all devices and browsers

Web Manager Skills/Experience:

- 2+ years of managing websites and development teams
- UX/UI experience
- Strong understanding of CRO techniques and technologies
- Understanding of SEO
- Ability to analyse trends, spot opportunities and report back on measurements

Web Manager Salary:

£35,000 - £45,000 dependent on experience
