Account Director - B2B - Digital - Superb Boutique Agency - 50k-60k

This boutique, best in class B2B, Tech agency have recently moved to fabulous new Headquarters in Central London and are on a growth spurt having won new business and also grown existing clients.

The agency are focused on 'Tech' marketing, which allows them to be incredibly innovative, clever, creative and fun!

Over the years, some of the biggest Global names in the tech sector have trusted this agency to solve their marketing and communication challenges.

This can range from Brand Marketing, Social Media, Advertising, Channel Marketing and Local deployment.

And now, to help with this work they need an Account Director (top end) to join them and deliver best in class account service.

The Ideal Account Director:

  • Has at least 6+ years agency experience - and holds the AD title (Senior in the role)
  • Has proven experience in B2B marketing - ideally Tech accounts (but not mandatory)
  • Skilled at delivering Integrated, Digital Marketing campaigns
  • Superb with client relationships - quickly gaining people's trust
  • Is a champion of creativity 
  • Leads by example and enjoys mentoring / coaching
  • Wants to grow and develop their own career in a positive way
  • Is resourceful and thrives in a smaller environment

Again, we're looking for a Digitally Savvy, B2B candidate who is Account Director level and top of their game, and ideally with experience in Tech, or at least an interest in Tech.

If we described you, the Account Director, you've got broad marketing experience, but a Digital strength.

And as an experienced Account Director you've got exceptional client relationship skills.
