This company are a preferred supplier to many of the world's finest hotel and restaurant groups worldwide. This exciting company are now expanding their team and looking to appoint a Lead Generation Marketing Manager to help grow the company further in an excellent location in Central London.

Your new company

This organisation is a relatively new company established in 1992 specialising in Product Design, Hospitality products and manufacturing. This company provide a creative platform that empowers buyers of premium Hotel, Restaurant & Retail groups to become more involved in creating innovative luxury solutions that differentiate their brands. Additionally they offer an extensive in house design and produce development service. They bring together exceptional design and manufacturing talent with international distribution in over 20 countries. This role offers an amazing opportunity to further your career in marketing within a well-respected industry.

Your new role

You will manage, develop, refine and lead the harvesting of 'Sales Universe' Database for potential prospects within the industry. A critical part of the role is develop and activate lead generation / campaign programs defining best practices, standards, and processes to drive successful conversion. You will develop and track marketing qualified leads to product sale and manage lead nurturing programs to accelerate prospect movement through the demand generation funnel for the company. You will also be responsible for integrated campaign development by executing an integrated mix of email, digital, lead nurturing and content marketing campaigns to support the top end of funnel optimisation. Additionally you will be responsible for nurturing leads, segmenting target audiences and support the sales team with lead flow processes and content.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role you will have extensive experience in marketing, especially lead generation. You will have the ability to build relationships and work with people at various levels across the business as well as with clients, develop and activate lead generation and liaise with sales teams in order to generate profit. You will have an energetic personality, excellent business acumen, be very level headed and have the ability to work autonomously. You will have experience working in a start-up company / small company where you have had to adapt quickly to change in order to succeed.

What you'll get in return In return

You will be paid a salary of £33,000 - £38,000 with an additional benefits package. You will work in an established organisation and get to be part of the growth of a growing international company.
