Your new role
This role is to define, design and oversee the creation of customer value propositions, investment solutions, content, tools and best in class personal experiences. Improve customer satisfaction, customer loyalty, increase the value of excising customers and help win them more customers.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role you should come from a propositions development background, have skill sin customer focussed strategy development, experience with behavioural finance theories, proven market and customer segmentation experience, financial services experience including retirement and pensions.
