As a skilled provider of accounting, tax and business advice services, our client is an Accountancy Age Top 100 UK Accounting Practice that is currently experiencing significant growth. As such, they are now looking for a Marketing Co-ordinator to join their team. 

In this stimulating role, you’ll have the chance to gain valuable experience in all areas of marketing and work on campaigns that are vital to our client’s ongoing success. 

As a Marketing Co-ordinator, you’ll be responsible for supporting the Marketing Team and organising marketing activities across the firm. 

Specifically, you’ll help to implement campaigns, including website, email, direct mail, press, print, advertising, events and CRM data management. You’ll work within our client’s brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all communication channels. 

You’ll update the website and social media channels with engaging content that grabs the attention of the industry’s biggest players. Additionally, you’ll help to plan both internal and external events by booking venues, organising invitations and potentially represent the firm at a range of shows. 

Your other duties will involve: 

- Analysis and distribution of CRM data throughout the firm 
- CRM maintenance and management 
- Writing great copy for newsletters, internal communications and PR purposes 
- Liaising with design and digital agencies to create marketing collateral 
- Booking online advertising space 
- Helping to boost the firm’s presence across multiple digital platforms 
- Creating daily content for social media to drive customer engagement 
- Helping to create direct mail campaigns 

Interested? Whilst no experience is necessary, to be considered, you must have: 

- A general understanding of marketing and the various channels used to deliver campaigns 
- A high level of IT literacy, including MS Office 
- At a minimum, A Levels, ideally in a marketing related discipline 

As a Marketing Co-ordinator, you must be eager to learn with superb communication skills, both written and verbal. A great eye for detail and excellent prioritisation skills are also key. 

A degree would be beneficial to your application, as would experience of any of the following: working in a professional services or financial environment, working in a marketing, digital or design agency, Content Management Systems, CRM systems, design and email distribution systems.
