An award winning business located across Suffolk. This business was founded in 1996 and has grown steadily into one of East Anglia's leading groups with the leisure industry.

Your new role
This is a newly created Head of Marketing & Sales job, responsible for leading all sales and marketing activity for the group. Targeting new and existing opportunities to grow the business in line with board objectives, supported by dynamic strategic and tactical marketing campaigns, promotions and initiatives. Duties include: developing and communicating sale/marketing strategies; plan and manage sales & marketing budgets; develop structured working relationships with affiliates and partners to promote mutual sales and growth; manage brand integrity; sales and marketing analysis and manage direct external agency relationships.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a creative, commercial and proactive B2C Marketing Manager. It is essential that you have marketing experience gained in either hospitality, travel, leisure or retail environment. You will need to be both a strategic and tactical marketer who is able to adopt a 'hands on' approach in a small team environment. You must have excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to manage internal and external partnership/stakeholder relationships.
