This business has expanded to become a market-leading, global supplier of workplace services in the UK as well as nationwide and overseas, with facilities across the UK.
With a strong market presence and brand already established, they are currently undergoing a marketing re-organisation which entails several new senior, mid-level and junior recruitment requirements as they invest heavily in this area of the business to continue to drive growth. This is an exciting opportunity for innovative marketers to join a business committed to building and growing a quality marketing department.

The business are looking to recruit a passionate and proactive Marketing Manager to join a dynamic marketing team based in Caerphilly with national travel, with minimum of 3 years working within B2B marketing.
Salary £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience, with company car.

This role will be reporting initially to Senior Marketing Manager but longer term to the Head of Marketing; the purpose of the role being to increase the number of active customers contracting with the business, developing customer journeys (including value propositions and campaigns) per identified customer segment. This role will work closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers, identifying and creating opportunity through customer insight, maximising growth and profit opportunity.

Key skills and experience for the role:
* Experience in a similar role, with a minimum of 3 years working within B2B marketing.
* Numerate and strong competency with Microsoft Office Suite
* Fundamental understanding of B2B customer decision making
* Commercially astute with strong market analytical skills
* Able to negotiate with internal category teams to craft persuasive promotions to drive sales
* Excellent attention detail
* Experience working with ecommerce and content management systems (advantage not essential)
* Ability to distil key sales and marketing messages into convincing optimal marketing campaigns - traditional and digital
* Must be able to manage a variety of tasks at the same time
* Ability to creatively identify solutions to business requirements and to commercial market facing solutions
* Ability to develop sales orientated, compelling marketing copy
