With a strong market presence and brand already established, they are currently undergoing a marketing re-organisation which entails several new senior, mid-level and junior recruitment requirements as they invest heavily in this area of the business to continue to drive growth. This is an exciting opportunity for innovative marketers to join a business committed to building and growing a quality marketing department.

Looking to recruit a Head of Department to own, manage and develop the brand across all channels (Traditional and Digital); leading and managing the activity of the Marketing Core, Category management and Data teams, in the pursuit of sustainable, profitable revenue growth.

This role will be accountable for the overall ownership and responsibility for the direction and management of the Core, Category and Data Marketing teams, ensuring:

-All staff are properly directed, motivated, reviewed and rewarded.
-The teams are appropriately developed with skill gaps recognised and actioned.
-Closely manage the reporting and analytical insight relating to the performance of the Marketing department from a KPI activity / utilisation, budget tracking and ROI perspective.
-Direct and manage the creation and implementation of the forecasting and territory planning support for all channels to market including sales, telesales and on-line.
-Direct and manage the implementation of a Category Marketing team, developing the key ranges of products and services within the PHS Hygiene portfolio.
-Direct and manage the creation and implementation of an effective promotional campaign calendar, spanning channel, vertical and Customer segments.
-Utilising the Customer Insight, Category Insight and Data Analytics to ensure fully measured and optimally delivered campaigns via the appropriate channels to maximise customer acquisition, account profitability growth and retention.
-Owning the brand perception throughout the Customer journey from awareness through total life-cycle.
-Supporting the Sales Management Team with accurate and actionable KPI's / activity reporting relating to activity of the Sales Team.
-Working closely with key internal and external stakeholders to identify and create new opportunities, maximising growth and profit opportunity.
Essential skills/experience:
-Currently working at a senior level within a marketing environment with regular interaction at Executive / Board level
-Extensive experience within a marketing capacity - specifically within Data driven marketing planning and implementation
-Experienced with reporting and analytical insight relating to the performance of the Marketing department from a KPI activity / utilisation, budget tracking and ROI perspective.
-Experienced leader with evidence of developing team members to their full potential
