Location: Manchester

Salary: £50-60,000 + benefits + career opportunities

Our Client’s inhouse Recruitment team is growing and for this reason we are seeking an exceptional IT & Digital specialist Recruiter to add value and expertise for this global brand. Due to increased hiring demand they are now expanding the team with functional expertise.

You will be responsible for is identifying, qualifying and assessing Digital and IT talent across the UK organisation.

The recruiter is responsible for the full lifecycle of the high potential candidate search process from the initial vacancy intake, through to a successful hire being made. These assignments will be partnering with business leaders to inform and educate on critical hiring decisions.

The team is functionally aligned, and we’re looking for a curious, engaging and experienced recruiter to support the Digital, Data & Technology areas of the organisation.

The role:

Deliver on business as usual and proactive recruitment activities

Identify, engage, assess and present talent for assignments and speculative opportunities across the organisation so you must have experience of talent pipelining

To build pipeline of highly qualified and interested candidates by (pro) actively approaching and recruiting high potential talent from a range of sectors and specialties,

Work with the functions to develop market maps, identifying industries, sectors and individuals who have the cross-industry skills and capabilities to be successful

Reach out to targeted individuals to educate and articulate the company values, drivers and opportunities that exist within the business

Develop an effective and compelling presentation of the role that is to be shared with the market and prospective candidates,

Help manage all related administrative duties related to the search process including status reports, candidate assessments and timely feedback to both the candidates and business.

The person:

Experience of sourcing, engaging and assessing talent within the fields of digital, data or technology,

Experience of guiding hiring managers through search processes with an emphasis on securing talent from different industries to their own,

Strong interpersonal, relationship building and client management skills, acting as a ‘critical partner’ to shape hiring decisions with a view on ‘best next step’ after their first role with the business

Strong stakeholder management and process management skills

Adept at challenging the status quo when it comes to skills & capabilities verses sector & industry,

Curious, challenging, adaptable and passionate about the work you deliver, helping the business continue on their journey to be a more inclusive organisation,

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deal with change and ambiguity,

Experience in recruiting senior Tech candidates into corporate organisations which could be from an inhouse role or executive-level search partner,

An interest / passion / desire to learn about this highly successful organisation

Develop, engage, and hire from a candidate pipeline; developed through market insights, sourcing methods, and talent acquisition process.

Establish strong internal stakeholder relationships and serve as a primary source of recruitment strategy, advice, consultation, and education for all things technology and digital.

Maintain requisition, applicant, and offer details in the applicant tracking system and proactively communicate updates to key partners including Hiring Managers, Human Resources, and Talent Acquisition Leader.

The person:

Degree educated or equivalent

High levels of success gained from either a Tech RPO, In-house Tech specific role or a specialist Tech recruitment agency.

Proven track record in delivering a high-quality pipeline of candidates under very tight timelines,

Strong project management skills; capable of developing and executing upon thoughtful project/recruiting strategies and adapting those as required,

A truly engaging and passionate recruiter with the ability to establish rapport quickly, engage challenging executives and develop trusted relationships,

Competence working both individually and as a team member, supporting and challenging the team to do better,

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Extensive interviewing and sourcing experience with a strong record of success filling positions at all corporate levels of the organisation

Recent experience in strategic sourcing within a digital environment

Ability to develop, understand, manage, and action job descriptions and other tasks within an applicant tracking system;

Ability to influence while driving process.

Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple functions and locations.

Ability to see the big picture and leverage critical thinking and decision-making skills.
