Job Type: Part time (8.45am – 5.30pm) Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

Due to the immediate nature of the role the ideal candidate will live within a ten-mile radius of our offices in Shoreditch.

Role Description:

As our in-house marketing assistant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our email marketing and outreach strategies. Your responsibilities will include driving marketing campaigns, generating leads, and encouraging customer engagement. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company objectives and deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Emphasise email marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and generate leads
• Proactively reach out to clients to create interest and build relationships
• Handle large amounts of data efficiently and effectively
• Execute ad hoc duties during peak periods to support team objectives
• Collaborate closely with colleagues to achieve company goals and deliver outstanding results
• Utilise Excel proficiently for data analysis and reporting

Requirements:

• Ideally live locally to our office in Hoxton Square
• A keen interest in email marketing and a desire to excel in the field
• Grade B+, Grade 6 or above in English
• Comfortable working in a team environment and contributing positively to team dynamics
• Supportive and adaptable team member willing to take on varied responsibilities
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Working hours- 24 hours per week.
