Business Development Executive


The company designs and delivers complete integrated marketing solutions for major B2B and B2C brands UK wide.


Key Responsibilities:

§ Using effective and professional sales techniques, the Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business prospects created by the Lead Generation team.
§ Identify potential clients through CRM; Mailing lists or alternative sources.
§ Using various research tools, the individual will be required to focus on achieving a strong understanding of the client’s business requirements in order to represent the company in a knowledgeable and professional manner.
§ Working to set targets and KPIs, the job holder will be required to create and close business opportunities.
§ The BDE will be required to proactively sell data to SME client within strict guidelines.
§ Using persuasive negotiation techniques, the BDE will be required to ensure the generation of new business.
§ In line with SLA guidelines, the BDE will be responsible for ensuring delivery, managing the process from the outset through to completion.
§ To continually update and replenish client data through the CRM.

Essential Experience

§ Must have a proven history and background of working within a sales orientated environment.
§ Will ideally have a background in Marketing or Direct Marketing.
§ Must have proven experience of working to set targets and KPIs.
§ Must have experience of working in a corporate/business focused environment.
§ Must have experience of communicating with a range of key interfaces on a professional level.
