Up to £40,000k DOE

Mid Kent – Office Based

Permanent – Full time (8am-4pm or 9am-5pm)

An exciting opportunity for anexperienced Social Media and Content Manager to join a well-established team in a forward-thinking company, specialising within the Social Housing. This role is for a motivated individual with a good eye for detail and enthusiasm with solid customer services skills.

A day in the life of a Social Media and Content Manager will include:

  • Working with internal teams, creating engaging content for marketing campaigns
  • Executing Internal and External communications such as Mailers and surveys
  • Attending, shadowing, and documenting staff at viewing, maintenance, and inspection appointments
  • Managing social media posts whilst successfully promoting engagement and insights
  • Planning and executing marketing campaigns using research and current trending topics.
  • Creating digital content and graphics
  • Confidently filming and participating in promotional customer testimonials
  • Arranging events to attend and following leads to increase profitability and client base.
  • Act as a positive ambassador for the company.
  • Any other duties required.

The successful candidate will have/be:

  • Educated ideally with a Marketing degree or equivalent.
  • Experience or knowledge within property investment would be a significant advantage.
  • Creative and not afraid to think outside of the box!
  • A positive can-do attitude
  • Strong and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to work well in a team as well as individually.
  • Willingness to work flexibly where required.
  • Organised and able to prioritise your workload.
