As a Marketing Operations Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving an organisation’s transition to a more data-driven and digitally focused entity. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead the implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and shape marketing automation strategies for exceptional internal customer experiences.What You’ll Be Doing?
- Providing guidance on platform and marketing automation best practices.
- Leading marketing automation campaign strategy and segmentation.
- Managing the commercial relationship with marketing technology providers.
- Contributing to the development of the wider marketing data strategy.
- Chairing Email User Group and Data User Group meetings.
What Experience You’ll Need to Apply?
- Experience with Pardot and enterprise-level marketing automation implementation.
- Strong GDPR knowledge and experience in data quality environments.
- Previous experience in building and managing stakeholder relationships.
- Solid line management experience.
- Educated to degree or equivalent level in an evidence-based discipline.
